Features:
- The thickness of the product is only 0.08mm, and it has no heavy feeling and will not give the fabric a feeling of falling.
- Multi-angle rainbow gradient, bright color and firm coloring.
- Water-washing resistance, more than 40-50 times of washing.
- Suitable for fine engraving, can engrave lines as thin as 1mm.
- Easy to cut, covered with sticky PET protective film, easier to discharge and transfer.
- For any type of fabric, including 100% cotton, 100% polyester, or a combination of cotton and polyester.
- Product thickness: 0.08mm (80 μm, 8S), ±0.01mm
- The pressing temperature is 135-145℃, time is 12-15 seconds, pressure is 4-6K, peeling: cold/warm peeling.
Product shortcomings:
- The pressing temperature cannot be higher than 170°, otherwise the HTV will melt easily.
- It is not suitable for waterproof coating and cloth surface with heavy silicone oil.
- Dark cloth or fiber cloth will be easy to color migration.

Product Info
1. Grate your design on the computer.
2. Cut the shape by laser machine, Blade: 45 Degrees.
3. Weed the useless film around the image
4. Place the front image in the place
5. Heat transfer applies from 4-6 KG/Mpa, pressure at 135-145°C, degrees for 12-15 seconds.
6. When it is cold, remove the polyester backing film.
- Always make sure you run through test prints and cuts before starting a production run or extensive printing.
- Take care with your cutting blade and where you may be working. There is potential for melt layer separation during the cutting process.
- Always test cut prior to any production run. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1/16″ for lettering & logos.
- Different cutting machines have different cutting parameters. for example:Silhouette machine, cutting mode: Blade: 2 Speed: 8 Thickness: 5.Cricut Explore Air machine, cutting mode: Iron-on.Cricut Maker machine, Category: Iron-on; Setting: Iron-On; Pressure: Default.
- If you need to use an iron to press HTV, please choose a “no steam” iron.
- It is used for all fabric products such as clothing trademark printing, personalized T-shirts, personalized hats, advertising shirts, handbags, bags, electronic products, and so on.
- Recommended fabrics: 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, 100% Preshrunk, Poly / Cotton Blends.
- 1.Store at room temperature (temperature: 20 ± 5 °C, humidity: 35 ± 15%) and avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight and humidity.
- 2.Recommended shelf life is 12 months.
- Allow 24 hours after application before washing.
- 40°C Standard Wash.
- Wash and tumble dry inside out.
- Do not use bleach or other corrosive chemicals.
- If you need to iron, only iron on the backside of the garment.
